LaVonne thank you for your comment on this painting. I wanted to put in an animal protector and this cat and expression was what I wanted. I work with children and many have been physically or emotionally abandoned. But not for long as there are many people with open arms and hearts to take them in.

Beautiful work Carolyn nobody would mess with her with that fierce puss by her side.

This really broke my heart,,,and yet there is comfort because she has her dear animal friend and will give and get love even in these horrible conditions
