Sometimes a creative melt down is needed to arouse the muse deep inside the heart and soul of an artist. Then fresh thoughts, feelings, and images appear. The past, present and future are all there for the taking. Time to set up the easel and dip the paint brush deep into the canvas. Do not think to much just feel and flow.
With color and symbolism I paint personal issues, human issues. Transformation, enlightenment, pain, pleasure, life and death. I strive to portray the courage and growth it takes to move through the obstacles and triumphs of living on this earth. I started to paint at a very early age and found a way to express myself. My artwork is Expressionism. This is the way I have always communicated what is deeply personal to me. I reside in Oregon, on the coast. A beautiful place to communicate with nature, walk the beaches and be one with the Universe.
